Roles and Responsibilities
· Handling multiple stages of the project development from Estimation, design, and Development.
· Provide technical analysis support to Business analysts during requirement phase and testing team during system testing and stabilization.
· Requirement analysis and technical low-level design.
· Lead development of key and complex epic or stories
· Lead defect triage within POD, cross PODS or cross tracks and fix implementations.
· Deployments and testing support
· Coordinating with cross teams' project development
· Guiding senior and junior developers in their assignments
· Code review focus on code quality.
· Sync up and collaboration within business SME, POD members, with BA and QA for the stories and epics assigned to the POD.
Mandatory Skills:
· Extensive Guidewire experience
· Expert knowledge on P & C Insurance domain
· Insurance Domain Certification like AINS 21/22/23
· Excellent analytical / communication skills
· Guidewire Specialist Certification
Salary Range : >$100,000
