Early Career Web Content Officer

Are you a new graduate looking to kick start your career in the Federal Government as a Web Content Officer?

Partnering with a Federal Government client, Randstad is seeking enthusiastic & dynamic web/design/digital graduate. We are looking for highly motivated and eager to learn professionals who will bring considerable experience in delivering quality design solutions to business areas.

Key duties will include:

1. Assist in the maintenance, monitoring and development of the intranet and presence on the Agency's official website, by:

loading and maintaining web contentcontributing to incident and problem resolutionproviding advice on web-related matters, escalating issues as appropriatepreparing electronic versions of publications for online distributionliaising and negotiating with staff to ensure timely delivery of print and electronic publishing services. 2.Liaise with internal staff to develop and deliver user focused and accessible web content, online publishing projects and communications. 3.Assist with reporting activities by running web analytics. 4.Contribute to the development and implementation of web and mobile initiatives. 5.Provide technical and administrative support.

Ideal candidate:
A willingness to learn and develop their web content skills.Experience working on a website.Good communication skills including the ability to communicate with a range of internal and external stakeholders.Enjoys being part of a fast-passed team, problem solving and enjoys collaborating with a variety of people.Demonstrated organisational skills including the ability to prioritise one's workload and escalate issues when required.Qualifications:
