Job Description

Exciting responsibilities in this role:

  • Be a key player in our Sydney-based team. The Senior Technical Consultant - Impact role forms part of our latest product, ServiceNow Impact, tailoring the customer's digital transformation journey on the Now Platform and expediting time-to-value.
  • Joining the global customer success team, you'll assist clients in unlocking business value and speeding up the adoption of ServiceNow products they've invested in, through the delivery of technical accelerators.
  • Act as the ultimate ServiceNow expert, leveraging best practices, innovations, and capabilities to help clients reach their objectives. At ServiceNow, we set the bar high, encouraging constant self-improvement.
  • The ideal candidate possesses considerable ServiceNow development experience and is eager to enhance our client base's digital transformation capabilities.
  • Present and deliver one or more offerings from our technical accelerators to large enterprise clients remotely.
  • Prepare all technology-related client-facing and internal deliverables.
  • Identify and champion process enhancements, steer best practices development, and mentor junior team members.
  • Idea the development of new offerings for our technical accelerator portfolio.
  • Handle customer queries in Impact, including scoping effort levels, meeting business requirements, and resolving escalations.
  • Showcase the product, in standard form and tailored to client needs.
  • Devise solutions for the business and technical issues addressed by the Customer Success Program's evolving products and business needs.
  • Cultivate robust relationships with other teams.
  • Enhance our implementation methodology and service offerings continually based on client feedback.
  • Offer guidance to team members and conduct peer reviews of development work.
Qualifications
  • Must-have for this role: ServiceNow skills and prior experience across various ServiceNow modules.
  • Demonstrated expertise in leading the development and delivery of ServiceNow solutions in client settings.
  • Familiarity with technical components like LDAP, SAML/SSO, and related integrations.
  • Experience with AI/ML technology and preferably familiarity with ServiceNow Virtual Agent, Predictive Intelligence, and Performance Analytics products.
  • Proficiency in Web Technologies (XML, HTML, JavaScript, Web Services, etc.) and experience in a SaaS environment.
  • Background in Agile methodologies.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, customer-focused approach, and experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and diverse stakeholders.
  • Willingness to pursue and maintain ServiceNow certifications.
