Customer Service Team Members-Government

Randstad is currently recruiting Customer Service Operators for a well known CBD based State Government Department.
For Successful applicants these roles are available immediately commencing 17th of June. 3- 6 month contracts with a high view for extension. Days of work will be Monday-Friday, full time hours between 8am and 6pm. Hourly Rate $36-38. The successful applicants will hold a National Police Clearance less than 6 months old. If you have a Customer Service/Contact Centre background, have strong Microsoft Office skills, have the ability to navigate multiple screens and are able to adapt and learn new programs quickly then we would like to hear from you today
Required Security Clearances
National Police Clearance (NPC) obtained within 6 months The Role: What you will do: High level advisory and issue resolutionHigh level administrative tasks dutiesProvide guidance to queries Interpret customer information Generate and maintain appropriate records and documentationUndertake information and records management processes, updates and reviews Essential Experience/skills: Experience in dealing with high volume callsHighly developed verbal and written communication skillsStrong background in customer serviceSound knowledge of the Microsoft Windows based PC environmentStrong alpha and numerical data entry skillsProfessional phone mannerAbility to problem solve and learn new technologiesAbility to learn new programs quickly Why work for Randstad?
