About the Role
Under the guidance of the Site Manager or Project Manager, your responsibilities will include:
Efficiently managing daily programming to ensure adherence to company timelines and compliance with regulations.Developing programs for resource allocation, subcontractor management, and scope of work in collaboration with the project management team.Supervising and coordinating site resources to ensure timely project completion.Identifying and addressing contract variations promptly.Ensuring safety standards are met and resolving any unsafe practices.Monitoring work quality and implementing best methodologies.Reporting defects, errors, or variations and contributing to problem-solving efforts.About You To excel in this role, you should possess: 3-5 years of supervisory experience in civil projects exceeding $2 million.Trade or project management qualifications, along with relevant licenses and certifications.A proven track record of prioritizing safety, quality, and on-time project delivery.Familiarity with project specifications, drawings, and variations, with a capacity for decision-making.Strong leadership skills and a commitment to employee development.
