You will be responsible for delivering the maintenance upgrade of properties in regional NSW from start to finish.
This will include:
Lead a team responsible for designing, developing, managing, and reporting on project management strategies and deliverables Lead the timely preparation of a range of project-related documents for key stakeholders as required, including status updates, reports, budgets, and discussion papers to manage the flow of information.Coordinate training and will be responsible for the compliance and management of contractors from a procurement standpoint.Conduct initial recruitment for maintenance resources required to commence critical upgrades About the ideal candidate: You will have worked in a similar role, and ideally with have the following: Have worked with Indigenous communities and Indigenous land councils.Open to regional travel once a fortnightStrong stakeholder managementExperience working on residential/community housing projects ** Please note this is a CONSTRUCTION role** What's in it for you?
