Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, you will support with the execution of operational and strategic objectives for the corporate Apartment/Mixed-Use business as well as individual projects.

Your daily duties will include:

  • Work with the Senior Marketing Manager to develop, implement, and drive the marketing & communications strategies to meet sales targets
  • Manage Project Marketing Campaigns for the brand and new/existing developments
  • Leverage external agency partner relationships managing creative briefs
  • Website management for new projects working with the external digital partner
  • Develop PR strategies for projects in partnership with the Marketing Manager
  • Execute events and activations for projects
  • Support with budget management for project campaigns
  • Ad hoc administrative duties

To be successful for the role you will have the following skills and attributes:

  • Seeking years' experience in a similar Marketing role
  • Qualifications in Marketing, Communications or similar desired
  • Construction, Property Development, Marketing Agency with Property clients or similar experience highly desired
  • Team Player with strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
  • B2C copywriting skills and experience with eDM and CRM systems
  • Selfmotivated with positive attitude and attention to detail
  • Great time management skills and a "finisher"
