About the role
The primary duty of the customer service officer is to deliver exceptional and professional customer service while offering support to other teams as needed. The customer service officer plays a crucial role in enhancing customer interaction and service quality by taking initiative and demonstrating a drive for improvement, serving as the face of our client's business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Address customer inquiries promptly and professionally, whether via phone or other channels.
  • Efficiently resolve customer complaints and issues, escalating to higher management when appropriate.
  • Maintain precise customer records and update information as necessary.
  • Provide customers with accurate product and service details.
  • Follow up on customer interactions to ensure their satisfaction.
  • Engage with team members and other departments to enhance customer service procedures.

Skills & Experience

  • Demonstrated experience in customer service roles with a polished and professional demeanor.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to remain composed under pressure.
  • A team player with a warm and courteous attitude in all interactions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
  • A positive outlook and a genuine willingness to assist others.
