Sedgwick is looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual to join our team as an Office Coordinator. Your role will involve providing outstanding service to our customers and clients. Working closely with your Sedgwick team, you will prioritize the customer and client experience. This is a full-time permanent position, with 5 days in the office.

What are my responsibilities?

  • Greet and welcome guests in the office
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls
  • Handle onboarding for new starters
  • Build relationships with managers and suppliers
  • Manage office and parking access passes
  • Coordinate events internally and externally
  • Maintain stationery supplies

About you:

  • Prior experience as a Receptionist or Office Coordinator
  • Ability to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional attitude and appearance
  • Resourceful, proactive, and good at multitasking
  • Team player with proactive contributions
