We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic customer service professional to join our team at Panthers Penrith.
As an RSA Marshall, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our patrons, while also providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Liaise with patrons to ensure RSA regulations are understood and followed;
- Offer non-alcoholic beverages to patrons;
- Identify intoxicated patrons and notify relevant staff;
- Patrol various areas of the Club;
- Maintain effective relationships with external and internal customers;
- Support other departments as necessary;
- Adhere to Panthers policies and procedures;
- RSA and RCG Certificates;
- Minimum 12 months of customer service experience;
- Previous bar experience highly regarded;
- Exceptional communication skills;
- High standard of personal grooming;
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills;
- Energetic and enthusiastic approach to work;
- Self-motivation and ability to work autonomously;
- Work in a supportive team environment;
