About the Role:

As a Senior Business Analyst, you will represent the customer's voice to ensure our teams keep delivering top-notch products that enhance the way we pay, bank, and invest. Working as part of an Agile team, you should be self-motivated, proactive, and innovative.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Identifying strategies and improvement opportunities, and reengineering processes for greater efficiency
  • Writing use cases, BRDs, interface specs, data modeling, and functional specs
  • Creating user stories, prioritizing, and managing the backlog
  • Selecting hardware, software, and vendors
  • Conducting workshops, presentations, system verification, and training
  • Performing tests to ensure programmers' changes are accurate

What You'll Need:

  • Proven experience as a technical BA in a development team
  • Extensive knowledge of ISO20022
  • Understanding of Real-Time schemes such as NPP, MYRPP, HKFP, PromptPay, and similar
  • Knowledge of SWIFT/MT/MX messaging and flows
  • Understanding of bulk schemes (DE, RTP, ITMX)
  • Familiarity with RTGS schemes (Rentas, CHATS, BahtNet, etc.)
  • Experience working in an Agile environment
  • Hands-on experience in change management, impact analysis, and estimation
  • Understanding of the financial services industry and end-to-end systems development life cycles
  • Bachelor's in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience

Added Bonus If You Have:

  • Experience with APIs (understanding schema, principle, integration, and exceptions)
  • Knowledge of Visio, Jira, EA
