Provide leadership, motivation, direction and training ensuring all work associated with the trayline and ware-wash is of the highest quality standard for patients, visitors and staff, assuring the service operates efficiently and effectively within the standards, guidelines and procedures. This position is located at the Cambridge Production Kitchen.

This position is located at the Cambridge Production Kitchen.

Cambridge Production Centre

• Actively supervise the preparation, plating and cleaning of the areas under your control at the production centre, ensuring a high standard of food and personal hygiene is achieved in accordance with the relevant legislation, codes of practice, and the Food Safety Program.
• Monitor, motivate and support all staff in the production centre, including training in relation to the food platting, packaging, ware-wash, food safety, WH&S and dietary guidelines.
• Provide alternative approaches to resolve operational issues by implementing contingency plans for relief staff, rearranging work allocations as required in the absence of the Operations Manager.

Details of Appointment

Permanent full time, day workerposition working up to 76hours per fortnight, commencing as soon as possible.

*Notwithstanding hours may be negotiated with the successful applicant

Salary: $71, ,455 per annum. Our Employer 11% superannuation contribution is on top of this amount.

You'll have access to salary package a range of benefits including living expenses up to $9,010 + $2,650 in meal entertainment each FBT year + other benefits if eligible.

• Salary range is in accordance with Health and Human Services (Tasmanian State Service) Award

Certificate III in Hospitality or relevant qualification and experience.
