Service Assistant HIAIS

We are looking for an office support/administration team member to join our North Ryde team on a 12-month fixed term contract.

We are a team of insurance professionals who provide specialised insurance solutions for the Residential Construction industry.

In this role you must be able to communicate effectively, be organised, engage with clients & complete various administration tasks.

What the day will look like

  • Onthejob training provided
  • Providing administrative support to the team
  • Issuing of policy documentation and data entry
  • Management of workflow through a centralised inbox
  • Monthly reporting to the team to support client growth
  • Answering phones and responding to client queries as required
  • Greeting clients in office when required
