• Works 8am 4pm onsite.

• Regular training provided (internal and external).

• Newly graduated from a relevant ICT qualification, or with 612 months' equivalent experience.
• Able to comfortably respond to most Level 1 queries across MacOS/ iOS / Windows, and to set up basic A/V equipment.
• Proficiency in Google apps and MS Suite.
• Experience with JAMF or similar device management tools.
• Demonstrated skills in customer service.
• Strong attention to detail, motivated by getting good outcomes.
• Personable and enthusiastic with a keenness to learn.
• Confident and capable written and verbal communicator.
• Willing to actively participate in the life of the School, always promoting our ethos, vision, and values.
• Your base salary expectations (annual, excluding super).
