About the role

In this role, you'll be a key member of our flagship branch at Welshpool and be responsible for driving sales and providing exceptional customer service to a vast range of trades who are the lifeblood of the electrical industry in Australia.

A typical day will involve

  • Ensuring customers receive the best possible level of service throughout all interactions with the branch.
  • Managing daily sales orders, quote requests and management of customer projects
  • Identifying opportunities to upsell or cross sell products.
  • Building excellent working relationships with suppliers to ensure best possible margins are maintained
  • Assist with the development and implementation of continuous improvement strategies that will help the branch exceed sales and service objectives.

  • Industry experience nicetohave but not essential. Regardless, we will give you all the support and inhouse training needed to help you build a career from ground up
