About the role

The primary focus of the position is to coordinate project planning and implementation for a range of medium scale projects at a Regional level.

The position will work across a diverse range of areas including maritime and park assets, environmental, community and heritage works that are to be delivered as a defined project.

The Regional Project Coordinator will coordinate projects to enable Parks Victoria to match service delivery with community and stakeholder needs and funding provider expecations to ensure optimum performance.


We're looking for someone with:

  • Tertiary qualification in Project Management, Engineering and Business, and/or equivalent experience in a similar field is desirable
  • Demonstrated extensive experience in delivering projects across a range of outputs including construction projects
  • Previous stakeholder management and engagement experience required
  • Demonstrated experience in managing contracts/agreements with consultants, contractors, project partners, other government agencies
  • A current Resume
