The Exciting New Grad Program

Connect2Care has meticulously crafted a New Graduate Program tailored to facilitate a smooth transition for new graduates entering the workforce. The program fully supports recent graduates, equipping them with the necessary skills to kickstart a successful career. Stretching over 12 months and commencing the moment you set foot through our doors.

The Role

Joining Connect2Care as a therapist means becoming part of a multidisciplinary team. You will deliver evidence-based services to individuals through various service delivery models, including telehealth, community visits, and center-based services. Referrals may come from the NDIS, Medicare, or private sources. The role involves:

  • Assessing and providing interventions for individuals with disabilities
  • Working within the NDIS to optimize clients' function and engagement
  • Assisting clients with assistive technology needs
  • Timely documentation and report writing
  • Managing a diverse caseload
  • Meeting company expectations regarding billable hours and client management
  • Attending meetings, supervision, and professional development activities
  • Building relationships with key stakeholders
  • Utilizing leading software platforms and online tools

Requirements

To be considered for the role, applicants must possess or be capable of acquiring the following:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications
  • Discipline-specific professional registration
  • Working with Children Check
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • Evidence of COVID-19 vaccination or valid exemption
  • Police Checks
  • Driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle
  • Insurance coverage
  • Professional Indemnity and Public Liability insurance
  • First Aid certification (optional)
