The New Graduate Program
Connect2Care has designed a specialized New Graduate Program to facilitate the transition for new graduates entering the workforce. This program fully supports recent graduates, equipping them with the necessary skills to kickstart a successful career. Spanning over 12 months, starting from the moment you walk through our doors.

With over 100 therapists, some specializing in specific areas of clinical practice, you will have the chance to enhance your expertise and learn from the best.
The Role
As a therapist at Connect2Care, you will be part of a multidisciplinary team offering evidence-based services to individuals through various service delivery models, including telehealth, community visits, and center-based services. Referrals may originate from the NDIS, Medicare, or private sources. This is a mobile role, with the option to work remotely or at our hubs when not meeting with clients. The role will entail:
- Assessing and providing interventions for children and adults with various disabilities
- Collaborating within the NDIS to enhance clients' functionality, capacity, and social interactions
- Assisting clients with assistive technology assessment, recommendations, and applications
- Timely documentation and report writing
- Managing a diverse caseload
- Meeting company expectations professionally (e.g., meeting billable hours and effective client management)
- Participating in meetings, supervision, and personal development activities as required
- Establishing relationships with key stakeholders, including therapists, clients, and referral sources
- Utilizing leading software platforms and online tools
- Relevant Tertiary qualifications in a related field
- Discipline-specific professional registration (e.g., AHPRA/SPA)
- Working with Children Check (WWCC or Blue Card)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Evidence of COVID-19 vaccination (or valid exemption)
- Police Check and International Police Check (if applicable)
- Driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle
- Car insurance
- Professional Indemnity and Public Liability insurance
- First Aid certification (optional)
