About the Role


As a support worker for Blue Kite, you'll be providing exceptional care to participants living with disabilities in their homes and in our community.

Your responsibilities will include a range of duties such as cleaning, cooking, administering medications, assisting with personal care like showering, driving, and supporting participants in engaging with their community.


What we're looking for:

Female Support Worker:
We are searching for a support worker for a participant who has requested females only.

Responsible and Compassionate:
We need individuals with a genuine passion for supporting others.

Team Players:
Our support workers excel in a small team environment, collaborating and communicating effectively.

Adaptable and Diligent:

Following directions, complying with regulations, and filling out forms accurately (both electronically and on paper), are essential parts of the role.


Already has/willing to obtain before commencement: Workers Screening check, CPR, First-aid, clean licence and insured, reliable car.

Aspiring Leaders:

Already has/willing to obtain:
Cert 3 & 4 in Individual Support (disability)
