As a
Banking Consultant
in our Australia Branch Network, you'll play a key role in helping to providing customers with a seamless banking experience, through meeting each customer's end-to-end financial needs and goals across transaction activities, needs based conversations and educating them on the financial solutions available, including digital.
They have the knowledge required to complete customer transactions, as well as have in-depth needs based conversations and fulfil products as per their accreditation level.
This role is based mainly in branches and will deliver a high standard of customer service to ensure customers are not only satisfied, but strong advocates for ANZ.You will be part of a collaborative team and will act as a role model and peer coach to deliver the best possible customer experience.

As a Banking Consultant/ Personal Banker, you will have the opportunity to:Provide our customers with a seamless branch experience by meeting each customer's end-to-end banking needs across transaction activities, needs-based conversations and educating them on digital solutions,Be part of a collaborative team and act as a role model and peer coach to deliver the best possible customer experience,Contribute to a significant uplift in customer engagement and advocacy, and create real customer value,Actively participate in and support bank programs and initiatives,Take responsibility to 'know your customer' from a risk perspective, andEnsure compliance with ANZ and branch policies and procedures.
To grow and be successful in the role, you will ideally bring the following:Role models a strong customer focus, preferably with retail experienceAbility to multi-task, highly adaptable to change and ambiguityProactive, shows initiativeActive user and promoter of technologyLending experience or willingness to progress to lending is desiredEnjoys working in a collaborative team environmentYou're not expected to have 100% of these skills.
