To help usachieve this we are seeking anexperienced Contracts Business Partner to join our Procurement team.
Thesuccessful candidate will lead and managecontracts, optimise value, and ensure compliance with legislative standards.
To succeedin this role you will have: Degree qualifications in Business, Business Law (or associated discipline) orrelevant professional experience.
Experiencein contract management, ideally in local government.
Strongrisk management and financial monitoring skills.
Excellentcommunication and negotiation abilities.
Knowledgeof legislative requirements.
On a typicalday this role will: Develop andexecute contract management plans and sourcing strategies.
Manage avariety of contracts for goods, services, and works.
Identifyand mitigate commercial, financial, and operational risks.
Provideexpert advice on contract management and dispute resolution.
Monitorcontract performance.
Ensurecompliance with regulations and environmental standards.

Remuneration and Benefits Employment Type:
