Your Impact

In this leadership role, you'll play a pivotal role in safeguarding Asahi Beverages' IT landscape. You'll lead the Active Directory team, ensuring its efficient and secure management to provide a seamless user experience. Furthermore, you'll drive continuous improvement by implementing automation, streamlining processes, and developing a long-term Active Directory strategy that strengthens our security posture for years to come.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor your team: Provide clear direction, foster collaboration, and manage the performance of a team responsible for Active Directory administration within a vendor environment.
  • Active Directory Expertise: Oversee daily tasks like user/group management, permissions, and domain controller maintenance.
  • Security Champion: Implement best practices and policies to safeguard Active Directory and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Strategic Thinker: Identify automation opportunities, monitor performance, and develop a 1-year plan for ensuring the health and security of our multiple Active Directory Environments, 3-year plan for Active Directory consolidation in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Collaboration is Key: Maintain clear documentation, collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure Active Directory aligns with business needs.

About You

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • You're a technical leader with an in-depth knowledge of Active Directory architecture, design principles, and best practices
  • A proven track record of success and extensive experience (5+ years) in administering and managing Active Directory in enterprise environments.
  • You possess strong leadership and team management skills, fostering a collaborative and motivated team.
  • Excellent communication skills are essential for interacting with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • You're a problem-solving expert with a focus on root cause analysis and a proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation.
  • Experience with Active Directory Federation Services and Entra is a plus.
  • Experience collaborating effectively with offshore teams in different time zones and cultural backgrounds will be beneficial.
