A supportive and prominent Federal Government Department is looking to engage an experienced Salesforce Support Engineer to maintain and configure Service Cloud, Health Cloud and Digital Experience applications. The successful Salesforce Support Engineer will secure a 12 month contract with the option to extend for a further 12 months aligned with a rewarding daily rate.

The successful Salesforce Support Engineer will be responsible for, but not limited to:

  • Maintain and configure Service Cloud, Health Cloud and Digital Experience applications
  • Provide advanced support for user issues, troubleshooting and resolving complex issues and coordinating with Salesforce support when necessary
  • Perform interrogation of various log sources to investigate issues
  • Evaluate new releases of Salesforce to determine functionality requirements and provide detailed information on how changes will apply to all affected departments/users
  • Develop and maintain documentation on processes and configuration

The successful Salesforce Support Engineer will have experience in the following:

  • More than 2 years' experience within Salesforce eco-system, and Certified Salesforce Admin/Certified Platform App Builder
  • Strong problem solving and trouble-shooting skills
  • Hands on experience with version control, branching and metadata deployments
  • Hands on experience with Vlocity/Omnistudio
