To be eligible, Australian Citizenship is required due to the necessity of a Baseline Security Clearance, with existing clearance being advantageous.

Responsibilities

  • Forge and nurture relationships with key Customer stakeholders and Datacom Managed Services teams
  • Act as the SAM Subject Matter Expert for the account
  • Ensure efficient and seamless delivery of SAM services to customers
  • Identify software inventory, capture license entitlements, conduct ongoing software compliance checks, and address any issues as needed
  • Oversee software maintenance and subscription renewals by validating details, updating information, and managing the licensing process
  • Facilitate software procurement, including obtaining quotes and managing the procurement process
  • Review software Terms and Conditions, License Agreements, and Contracts to mitigate risks
  • Monitor SAM technology health to uphold service standards
  • Analyze data outputs for accurate reporting
  • Implement license reclamation and propose optimization activities for compliance and cost efficiency
  • Demonstrated experience with SAM technologies such as Flexera FlexNet Manager Suite, Snow License Manager, or Service Now SAM Pro
  • Knowledge of ITSM tools like Cherwell, Service Now, and Jira ITSM is a plus

Qualifications

We seek a proactive, independent team player with a passion for delivering top-notch services to customers. With over 3 years of experience in Software Asset Management or Licensing Sales, you will support the delivery of SAM services for a large Federal Government account. Your ability to collaborate with client management is crucial for successful service delivery. You will contribute to enhancing customer service by optimizing SAM services through planning, delivery, and maintenance.
