Requirements Create interesting, brand-focused content while remaining up to date on content trends to establish a new social media presence.

Content creation for both long form and short form
Build and execute a social media strategy through competitive research, benchmarking, messaging, and audience identification.

Generate, edit, publish, and share daily content (Original text, images, videos, or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action.

Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase visibility of company's social content.
Moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community.
Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules.

Continually improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights, and best practices, and then acting on the information.

Collaborate with other departments (Customer relations, sales, etc.) to manage reputation, identify key players, and coordinate actions.
Capable of effectively leading, presenting, and selling, as well as establishing rapport with clients and internal constituencies.
Facilitation and participation in brainstorming sessions, development of an overall vision/strategy, and timely delivery of high-quality content
Implement and manage social media metrics tracking tools to measure the effectiveness of content and campaigns
Attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively in a deadline-driven environment are required.
Utilize tools like Canva, Adobe, and others to create visually appealing graphics and multimedia content.
Communicate with followers, respond to queries, comments, and messages in a timely manner.
Come up with a robust brand marketing strategy for One Impression.
Develop and execute effective marketing strategies to enhance brand presence and drive business growth.
Work with stakeholders to ensure marketing efforts align with business goals.
Manage brand marketing, including positioning, messaging, and creative development.
Ideate, collaborate and drive rigorous execution against this strategy.
Drive brand marketing efforts across campaigns, social media, content & communities.
Drive long-term brand vision as a key, senior member of the marketing team.
Develop and implement campaigns that promote our payment solutions, drive customer acquisition, and increase brand awareness.
Prepare a structured framework for objectively measuring the efficacy of brand marketing efforts.
Present data-backed post-mortems of campaign performance.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities.
Drive brand discovery initiatives to target relevant audiences.
Cultivate and maintain strategic partnerships with stakeholders.
Manage, end to end execution and coordination of influencer marketing, video marketing,

Work collaboratively with the social media & product marketing teams in planning, executing new product launch GTMs to drive customer engagement, acquisition and brand buzz.

Qualifications Minimum 4 years of having managed brand marketing campaigns.
Strong creative & soft skills combined with an affinity for data.
Proven track record of developing and implementing successful brand campaigns that drive customer acquisition and increase brand awareness.
Ability to manage budgets and resources effectively and efficiently.
Highly organized and autonomous, but also collaborative and able to work with cross-functional counterparts.
Ability to make decisions in a changing environment, anticipate future needs and drive results.
Must Haves Proven experience in social media content creation and management.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in Canva, Facebook Business, Adobe, and other relevant social media tools
Creative thinker with a keen eye for design and aesthetics.
Familiarity with social media platforms and trends.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and act on data.
