The Brand, Sponsorships and Loyalty team sits within the broader Bankwest Marketing Team.

The role


The Brand Manager is a key brand custodian within Bankwest, responsible for bringing to life the brand ethos across all internal and external touchpoints.

This role supports the Senior Brand Manager in the delivery and creation of brand communications that lead awareness, consideration and engagement strategies to differentiate the Bankwest brand in our chosen markets.

This role is frequently consulted upon by members of the Marketing team and wider business for brand advice.


Your impact and contribution- Contribute to the development and execution of the overall Brand strategy, aligned to Bankwest priority segments.- Manage delivery on strategic initiatives that support the brand priorities and drive relevance with customers, based on robust insights and market / competitor knowledge.- Manage brand campaign development, end-to-end delivery and performance ensuring accountability of agency partners and comprehensive analysis and campaign optimisation recommendations. Support with embedding the Brand across the organisation to ensure brand relevance, as well as influencing, driving and championing a consistent brand experience across every touch-point.- Efficiently and effectively managing key agency and supplier relationships for the best campaign outcomes (for both media and creative).- Positioning yourself as the SME, work collaboratively with the broader Marketing team and other stakeholders to provide brand guidance during the development of campaigns and initiatives.- Engage and be an active member of the Brand and Marketing Team.

We're interested in hearing from people who possess


Essential- 5 years' experience within Brand Management, Marketing Communications, campaign development and/or Marketing Management experience.- Effective communication skills with the ability to talk with credibility about marketing recommendations with stakeholders across all teams.- Strong eye for detail and ability to provide constructive feedback on creative concepts and outputs.- Excellent budget management, organisational and planning skills with the ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines through constant prioritisation.- Have a passion and curiosity to do things faster, better and easier not only for our customers but internally with our teams.

Desirable- Completion of degree in marketing or similar discipline- An understanding of working in highly regulated environments- Financial Services experience
