Retail Manager - Sydney:

Tennis Only is expanding its retail footprint into Chatswood, Sydney.

We are seeking both full time and part time runners to assist with opening a running store like no other in Australia.

In this role you will be surrounded by Tennis racquets, shoes & accessories. This will be the largest speciality Tennis Shop in NSW. A passion for tennis and the tennis community is essential to the role.

Requirements:

  • 2 + years Retail Manager experience in a fastpaced retail environment.
  • Experience ordering stock and managing a staff roster.
  • The ability to think strategically to identify opportunities and have a proven track record in driving sales and KPI's.
  • Demonstrate professionalism with customers and coworkers.
  • Demonstrate ample knowledge of tennis products.
  • Weekend availability will be required.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Ensure efficient operation of your store to achieve optimal results in sales targets, KPI's, store presentation, visual merchandising, stock levels and wage control.
  • Assist in choosing the product mix across footwear, hardgoods and apparel.
  • Restocking and merchandising inventory.
  • Provide friendly, knowledgeable service to customers.
  • Greet customers, assess needs, and offer guidance.
  • Meet customer needs and exceed their expectations.
