Your new opportunity:


As a
Service Administrator you'll play a central role in ensuring the seamless back-end administration for all customers internal and external.

You'll collaborate with various teams and departments to deliver exceptional service to our clients and maximise customer satisfaction.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a couple of years of admin experience who wants to learn, grow, and develop with a fantastic company.


In this role you will:

  • Ensure that work in progress is reduced to minimum levels by providing timely administrative support.
  • Invoice completed jobs, providing invoicing documents to clients, warranty and other stakeholders
  • Action and rectify queries and complaints to maintain good customer service
  • Assist in processing recoverable labour into repair orders and Kronos
  • Raise, maintain and receipt purchase orders and general local purchasing for the branch
  • Attend to front desk and phone enquiries as required, redirecting where appropriate, or obtaining information and relaying to the right person
  • Attend meetings and contribute to continual process improvement

About you:

  • Have a 2 to 3 years of administrative experience with great computer skills
  • Some experience within a customer service environment
  • An understanding of basic parts warehousing principles would be ideal, but we can teach the right person.
