This is a full-time, permanent position working Monday to Friday 7am - 3pm. The position offers $107,000 TFR.

Could you be our next Precinct Supervisor?

  • Strong clientfacing communication and teamwork skills.
  • Proven experience in a similar role.
  • Proven leadership skills
  • People skills with ability to build meaningful relationships.
  • Trade background preferred but not essential. (HVAC qualification very highly regarded)
  • Solid organisational skills, including multitasking and timemanagement as you will be working across multiple sites simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing contractors and internal staff to ensure effective workflow and a high standard of work being performed.
  • Assisting technicians, performing various computer and admin tasks
  • Relationship building: Regularly communicating to client on behalf of staff and contractors.
  • Client Focused: Always acts with the client in mind.
  • Results Driven: Can be counted on to achieve performance goals.

About Ventia

Ventia is responsible for the management and delivery of all hard and soft facilities management services, including maintenance and cleaning, for the City of Sydney's portfolio of 251 facilities.
