With a background and experience in waste management, transport or managing any busy operational site, you'll use your capacity to manage people effectively and safely to deliver on objectives.

What you'll be responsible for:

  • Ensuring the safety and wellbeing of all site workers and visitors
  • Responsible for all site operations, including reporting on financial performance and reviewing operating costs
  • Managing any incidents on site and report in a timely manner
  • Actively participate in project management of site improvements
  • Commercial reviews and forecasting

What you'll need to be successful:
Solid and relevant experience in managing teams ideally in process management.

  • An exceptional ability to build positive relationships at all levels
  • Resilience and sound problem solving skills
  • Strong communications skills
