The Role
We are currently looking for an experienced Warranty Administrator to join our client on the Gold Coast. As a leading luxury long-range motor yacht manufacturer, our Australian-made products are exported worldwide.

As a Warranty Administrator, your main responsibility will be processing warranty claims for our dealers and service departments globally.

You'll play a key role in providing excellent customer service and supporting the Warranty Coordinator.

Your duties will include:

  • Handling warranty claims and forms
  • Processing and reviewing claims
  • Monitoring warranty documents
  • Accurately preparing warranty documentation
  • Submitting and following up on claims promptly
  • Staying updated on notifications and recalls
  • Coordinating parts orders for dealers
  • Ensuring accuracy of compliance certificates
  • Reporting product issues to management
  • Building strong customer relations
  • Liaising with suppliers and service providers
  • Claiming expenses for faulty equipment
  • Providing aftersales support

To succeed in this role, you need:

  • Previous warranty experience (marine, caravan, or automotive experience is preferred)
  • Proficiency in Hubspot CRM is advantageous.
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Effective time management
  • Selfmotivation and ability to work in a team
  • High level of commitment and focus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
