About the Role

As a VE Services Officer, you will provide high quality administrative support to the Delivery, Planning & Support team.

Your role is not student-facing; however, it will support student enrolments from behind the scenes, through accurate data entry and analysis in the SAMs system, delegation of academic staff access to student administration systems, reviewing spreadsheets and supporting the delivery of vocational programs.

Occasional support may be required to assist with administrative tasks related to the recruitment of Program & Delivery staff.

About You


You will be a motivated, proactive and highly organised self-starter, with strong attention to detail and excellent stakeholder management skills.

Your talent for building trust and anticipating the needs of senior stakeholders, confidently identifying creative solutions, and executing tasks to a high standard will set you up for success in this role.

To be successful in this position, you'll also have:

  • High level oral and written communication skills, with a proven ability to communicate effectively with a broad range of individuals and groups from diverse backgrounds.
  • Proven administrative experience and planning, organising and prioritising work in a busy environment with multiple and conflicting priorities and competing deadlines.
  • Ability to demonstrate flexibility and initiative, working effectively within a dynamic small team environment.
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills and proven ability to build and maintain strong collaborative working relationships with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.
