We are seeking a personable, organised and motivated Paralegal to join our fast-growing team. You will support the team of lawyers at Willed Law to help take this area of our business to the next level.

Your varied role will include:

Assisting in the preparation of applications for grants of Probate and Letters of Administration

Attending to ad-hoc customer enquiries

Dealing with inbound sales enquiries to acquire new customers

This position is Full-Time and based in Gardenvale, Victoria.

You are an excellent communicator and a team player who is ready to make this role your own. You want to be a true ambassador of the Willed brand.

You have:

At least 12 months experience in a similar role and a desire to work in a fast-paced environment

A willingness to learn and a can-do attitude

Excellent attention to detail, file management and organisational skills

Strong interpersonal skills. You're comfortable on the phone and meeting with clients

Ability to prioritise and multitask, and work effectively without constant supervision

Conveyancing experience an advantage
