- To timely identify the glitches in Office Equipment such as Precision Airconditioning, In-Row Coolers, CRAC Units, UPS, DG Sets, Security System, CCTVs, furniture and fixtures, AV equipment and able to clearly communicate with the Service Providers for immediate fixation
- Good Communication Skills with thorough knowledge on Legal Proceedings, Comply with Federal and Sate Laws
- Thorough knowledge in evaluating the bidding documents on Customer requirements

- **The primary role of the Position as a Facilities Manager is to facilitate the Organization a State-of-the-art Infrastructure across the Country right from identification of suitable Property, Design the Layout of the facility as per Organization's as well as Local Customer requirements and build the Offices, Call Centers, Laboratories, Data Centers suitable for Information Technology, Software Development and IT Enabled Services and most importantly manage these facilities flawlessly in compliance with local laws and WHS on day-to-day basis;

- Primarily to analyze business requirements of the Australia Region in coordination with the Business Unit Team and the Customers, create Development Centers as per the requirement of Integrated Business Units, Internal and External Customers and sustain safe and productive environment for the Employees of the Organization to meet deliverables assigned by Customers without any obstacles in a safe and secured environment.
- To design and creating Offices with various facilities like Networking, Security, Access Control System, Fire Alarm System, Smoke Detection System, Fire Extinguishers, Fire Sprinklers, Airconditioning, Public Addressing, Lighting Sensors for optimum utilization of electricity, CCTV, Communications Room, Device Testing Labs, Data Centers, Precision Cooling, Uninterrupted Power Back up, Sanitary/Housekeeping, Pantry, Recreation, etc. In addition to the above facilities, he is also responsible for proper functioning of Customer's 5G equipment based in one of the Locations of Tech Mahindra.
- To initiate planning and implementation by bringing various Service Providers as a Consortium to fulfil technical and nontechnical requirements of an Office premises.
- Maintenance and upkeep of the Company's buildings, ensuring that they meet legal requirements and health and safety standards.
- To conduct Fire Evacuation Drills in coordination with the Building Management and participate in Evacuation Drills from time to time.
- Conducting routine safety inspections, coordination with contractors, planning maintenance work, optimizing facilities.
- Ensuring the facilities remain in an optimal condition at all times
- Establishing and streamlining various operational processes and follow these strictly
- Supporting people, Managing various projects simultaneously by integrating technologies, maintaining records and overall supervision
- Keep a track of functioning of Emergency Lighting, Fire Extinguishers, Precision Airconditioning system
- To ensure proper and efficient operation of all physical aspects of a Facility, after establishment
- Disaster Management and Business Continuity Planning in case of emergency situations like firefighting, evacuation, damages to the property and any other natural calamities
- To create WHS compliant facilities and services to the Employees across New South Wales, Victoria, Queensland, ACT and Western Australia
- To negotiate with local Insurance Agencies and organize Asset Policies and Certificate of Currencies
- To coordinate with Mergers and Acquisition Team in conducting duediligence in the Companies acquisition across the Region and manage these Facilities
- Providing MIS on Occupancy, tracking and controlling operational expenditure
- To coordinate with the Building and Property Managers for smooth operations
- Overall general administration and daytoday operations of the facilities across Australia Region
- To involve in commercial negotiations with Service Providers, Civil and Electrical Contractors, etc
- To facilitate various services to Internal Customers
- Vendor Management: Selecting, contracting, monitoring and evaluating the performance of external suppliers and service providers
- Ensuring timely payments to all the Service Providers, Landlords and fulfil statutory obligations
