Job Overview

Key responsibilities:

  • Conducting daily checks on card payment gateways and bank accounts
  • Processing customer deposits and withdrawals via card payment gateways and bank transfers
  • Performing periodic payment gateway and bank account reconciliations
  • Performing daily and monthly Client Money reconciliations in accordance with ASIC's Client Money Rules & other applicable client money regulations

Preferred qualifications

  • AFSL holder or other Financial Services business is highly regarded

Qualifications:

  • Must be able to demonstrate clear attention to detail, an inquisitive mindset and dedication to high quality work.
  • Must be a confident in communicating to clients as well as internal stakeholders.
  • Enthusiastic and eager to learn new processes and systems.
  • Wellorganised and proactive with good time management, and able to work in a dynamic organisation.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills
  • Proficient across Microsoft Office products
  • Interest/experience in financial markets
