Your challenge:


You are on the front line of the business and your mission is to ensure a smooth tax filing experience for our customers.

You support us in our vision to make complex tax law tangible for everyone.


We are looking for
Tax Operations agents (f/m/d) to join our top-motivated Operations team, for a
limited full-time contract from June until November 2023.


Your responsibilities:

  • Primarily prepare, review and file Australian personal income tax returns.
  • Have direct contact with our users to answer their questions while creating and maintaining a unique customer experience.
  • Take part in the quality assurance process of our product and processes.
  • Contribute to product development through preseason testing.
  • Create taxrelated content available for our users.

Your profile:

  • You have 12 years of professional experience in Australian personal income tax law or have recently graduated from PIT law studies. Experience with Xero tax filing software is a plus.
  • You are eager on providing a great customer experience.
  • You enjoy working with software and numbers.
  • You can manage competing priorities and in general independently be able to organise your own work.
  • You are bringing a proactive attitude: you don't wait for someone else to solve a problem, but take matters into your own hands.
  • You speak English at a fluent level.
  • You are confident in navigating cloud tools (Google workspace, Slack).
  • You are eager to work for a fastpaced Fintech specialised in tax.
