(HEO6) $86,360 to $93,285 per annum plus an employer contribution of 17% superannuation applies.

Fixed term, full-time, maternity leave backfill opportunity available until August 2024.


The Product Specialist supports the delivery of student recruitment strategies and programs to attract domestic and international students to undergraduate, postgraduate and research programs.

As part of the broader recruitment and future student network, the Product Specialist connects University recruitment teams into the faculty and schools, providing support for recruitment activities and events.

This role has input into local level product development and review.

They also assist the Manager, Marketing by providing data-informed recruitment advice and insights, and evaluating performance against targets and objectives.

Effective personal and written communication skills are essential for the Product Specialist, as they will be responsible for providing product knowledge to stakeholders through training sessions and updates.

Additionally, they will be involved in creating collateral and presentations.

To be successful you will need:

  • Highly developed analytical skills with a strong understanding of product portfolio management.
  • Demonstrated experience communicating, both verbally and in writing, in a succinct, professional and responsive manner to deliver client centric results including experience giving influential and engaging public presentations.
  • Demonstrated ability to solve problems in an innovative and creative manner to achieve defined outcomes.
  • Highly developed organisational skills, including the ability to manage multiple complex tasks with competing deadlines and multiple stakeholders.
  • This position requires a valid Working with Children Check._
