Role Overview:

Reporting into the Head of Development, we are in search of a Staff Engineer to work for one of our most valued clients in Sydney, Australia.

Essential:

Minimum of 7+ years of professional experience as a Staff Engineer. BTech/BE/BCA/MCA/MTech Demonstrated experience developing applications using Microsoft technologies such as C#, Asp.Net and .Net Core. Excellent understanding of microservices architecture and restful API design patterns. Should have experience in Restful Design pattern, API, Microservices architectures, CI/CD Pipeline. Work experience with containerisation (Docker) and public cloud engineering (particularly AWS). Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines – TeamCity or Jenkins. Ability to design and develop scalable and secure enterprise applications capable of handling high traffic.

Desirable:

High preference on specific knowledge on AuroraDb, AWS Fargate ECS, Security Groups, AWS Application Load Balancer. Knowledge on AWS MSK or Apache Kafka, or Confluent Kafka. Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and NoSql DBs. Experience in containers especially Docker and purpose-driven databases (AuroraDB - Postgres, MongoDB, etc.)
