Our client who is a growing MSP who due to recent growth is looking for an experienced System Engineer to join the team in Sydney. In this role you will be carrying out a mixture of Project, BAU.

This role will have the following responsibilities and more :

  • Act as a point of contact for Sydney based customers, providing remote support from home, office and onsite
  • Handle service desk escalations
  • Assist with project delivery/project related tasks

For this role we are seeking someone with a combination of different technical and soft skills including the following:

  • 3-5 years prior working the MSP/IT Services space as a level 2 or 3 Support Engineer
  • Strong experience across Microsoft 365 and Azure AD including Exchange, Share point and Teams
  • Strong experience supporting medical customers and their applications such as Medical director, stat health, best practice, genie . Other clinical practice management software/tools is highly regarded
  • Strong Active Directory skills (new users, Permission, group policy and maintain AD Structure)
  • Strong experience with on premise, cloud and Hybrid Server Environment (Vmware, Windows etc)
  • Experience with scripting using Powershell
  • The ability the act as a mentor to Junior Staff and work autonomously
  • industry Certifications such as MCSA, MTA, Azure and Vmware are highly regarded
