About the Role

  • Receive and process deliveries, ensuring accuracy with invoices and purchase orders.
  • Adhere to Marriott Policy by matching goods, invoices, and purchase orders.
  • Inspect incoming goods for quality, coordinating with suppliers as needed.
  • Maintain compliance with HACCP standards, especially with perishable items.
  • Handle Birch Street orders, manage inventory reports, and oversee stock levels.
  • Coordinate beverage requests and uphold Storeroom standards.
  • Collaborate with other departments for stock takes and supply needs.
  • Manage daily invoice processing and communicate any discrepancies to management.
  • Ensure proper disposal of materials and follow operational procedures.
  • Support the Purchasing Manager and maintain department service levels.
  • Assist in monthly Accounting tasks for compliance.
