We currently have a position for an experienced tradesperson to provide office based appropriate technical advice and remote support in the Technical Help Desk group (THD) for associated branded products.

This group assists all customer types; including plumbers, gas fitters, installers, consumers etc.

You will liaise with key internal stakeholders; including Engineering, Distribution, Service and Sales departments to provide timely product user operation and service information, maintenance and diagnostic guides to our customers.

This will cover gas heating, and potentially related ducted reverse cycle heating and cooling systems.

_ What's needed?_

  • Trade qualifications in plumbing, gasfitting and ideally refrigerated air conditioning
  • Installation and service experience with gas ducted heating systems and related equipment
  • Comfortable with general computer skills and competency using MS Word, Outlook, searching, and sharing PDFs
  • Confident, courteous telephone techniques
  • Excellent verbal and clear written communication skills
  • Excellent customer service focus
