The position of Pharmacist Clinical Lead - Medical will:Lead and manage the medical service stream within the pharmacy department.
Coordinate the delivery of clinical services and develop and maintain clinical excellence and high standards of care within the medical team and broader department.
Provide advanced level pharmacy clinical and consultancy services to complex medical patients.What CHQ HHS can offer
