About the role

Come join a lively, top-performing team as part of the highly successful NSW Sales Team. This exciting opportunity is an entry-level position within the dynamic NSW Sales team at Are Media, perfect for someone with exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently. As a Campaign Executive, you'll assist a team that collaborates with clients and media agencies, engaging with various stakeholders within the advertising team to ensure seamless and successful campaign deliveries.

Reporting directly to the Group Business Director, you'll interact with multiple departments internally, such as brand, creative, commercial content, and production. Your role will play a significant part in the team and company's overall triumph. By offering sales support to account managers and the Group Business Director, you'll empower your team to engage in the market, respond to requests, and nurture client connections to secure necessary revenue targets.

Duties

  • Manage and monitor deadlines and campaign deliveries for a client portfolio, communicating with internal and external partners to ensure successful results
  • Maintain professional communication via phone and email with key clients for smooth campaign execution
  • Foster positive relationships with internal stakeholders to optimize campaigns
  • Prepare comprehensive post-campaign reports promptly
