ABOUT YOUR NEW ROLE:
The Digital Content & Campaign Specialist is a dynamic role focused on enhancing the online customer experience through the creation and management of engaging, user-friendly digital content and campaigns.
Reporting to the Digital Merchandising & UX Manager, this role will be responsible for ensuring all our "Fantastic" products and packages are available on our website, facilitating and enabling discovery of our product range and features and all product related content.
This will include assisting with website and mobile site content including (but not limited) to homepages, landing pages, department pages, category pages, product pages, help pages, headers and footers and many more.
You will be involved in analysing online sales patterns to identify merchandising opportunities, improve conversion and grow revenue, combined with reviewing competitor websites.
ABOUT YOU:
To be successful in this role, you will have experience working in an ecommerce environment ideally in an omni-channel environment.
With knowledge of working across product lifecycle and enrichment, you will ideally have worked on with CMSs such as Magento or WordPress.
Technically you will have strong knowledge of Excel, including skills such a VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and IF functions.With superb attention to detail, combined with first class communication skills both written and verbal, you will have a can-do attitude and the ability to have fun.
