Your Opportunity

The Accounts Payable Officer will be part of our Finance team and will oversee the day-to-day operations of the Accounts Payable department. You must have a keen eye for detail and excellent communication skills, as this role involves interacting with various levels throughout our organization.

  • Managing Automated Invoicing process and exception queues
  • Cooperating with internal stakeholders for timely invoice processing
  • Regular reporting on specific portfolio for management evaluation
  • Analysis of processing inaccuracies
  • Proficiency in data entry
  • Precision and meticulousness

  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in Accounts & Reconciliation
  • Experience with Converga and JDE is advantageous
  • Strong Excel proficiency and knowledge
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in Accounts Payable
