We are looking for an experienced Customer Contact Officer to assist us with an inbound customer service project for a leading Health Insurance Provider

This role is based in a state of the art CBD office and supported by experienced leaders. Customer service and/or Inbound Call Centre experience would be beneficial for this role.


The position will allow options for both Casual and Full Time Fixed Term contracts and is based on a rotating weekly roster.

  • Excellent in customer service
  • Experience in a call center environment with excellent English communication, listening and organizational skills
  • Able to solve problems and work as part of a team
  • Ability to grasp new learnings quickly
  • Complaint handling experience is an advantage
