About the role:

St Paul's Aged Care is set on 12 acres of landscaped gardens and native bushland close to Caboolture's town centre

As
Maintenance Officer you will:

  • Undertake daytoday operations of the maintenance department in line with schedule of works;
  • Undertake projects and building and maintenance works as directed;
  • Ensure equipment and garden materials are utilised in a responsible and safe manner

This is a permanent, part time role, 30 hours per fortnight.

About you:


Critical to your success in this role will be previous experience in commercial maintenance and the proven ability to demonstrate a
_customer service focus_.

In addition you will need to obtain and maintain a positive National Criminal History Check.
