This busy role reports to the Workforce Development Manager and plays an integral role in ensuring all systems,processes and procedures are in place to source, recruit and retain the best available talent on the market.


Your role will incorporate the following:

  • Implement programs that align with the organisational strategy, vision and values.
  • Provide advice to management on market conditions, sourcing strategies and contemporary recruitment practices
  • Advertise, screen and profile potential employees both blue and white collar
  • Proactively liaise with internal management on recruitment requirements
  • Contract administration and monitoring to ensure compliance with EEO legislation.
  • Management of internal and external job boards
  • Report and analysis of recruitment metrics


To be successful in this role, you must be passionate about recruitment and selection, have proven capability implementing and driving successful recruitment projects / campaigns.

You will have experience in influencing, engaging and managing expectations of senior business leaders. Experience gained from the construction, engineering or manufacturing industries would be highly regarded.
