OPERATIONS AND STRATEGIC MANAGEMENT

  • Prepare agenda and minutes for monthly Director meetings
  • Preparation of financial reports and business plans
  • Oversee day to day office operations ensuring a smooth workflow
  • Develop and implement office policies and procedures
  • Manage budgets and financial records
  • Coordinate all IT services and ensure the Firm's technology infrastructure is up to date and efficient
  • Assist with training, booking conferences and training courses
FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT
  • General accounts including bank reconciliations, overseeing accounts staff, maintain all financial records, renewal of business name and ASIC upkeep
  • Payroll
  • Reports and budgets
  • Debtor management
  • Client invoicing issues
HUMAN RESOURCES
  • Supervise staff including hiring, training and performance evaluations
  • Management employee relations and resolve any issues
  • Organise and conduct staff meetings and training sessions
  • Induction of new staff
  • Management of admin staff
COMPLIANCE AND RISK MANAGEMENT
  • Ensure the firm complies with all legal and regulatory requirements
  • Manage risk and implement strategies to mitigate potential issues
IT/TECHNOLOGY
  • Oversee database management
  • Assist with any software issues or queries from staff
  • Liaise with external providers
MARKETING MANAGEMENT
  • Maintaining website and any queries
  • Sending client feedback and surveys
  • Newsletter and article creation
  • Prepare marketing reports
  • Assist with seminar advertising, registration and costs
ABOUT YOU:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Law, Finance or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years in a managerial role within a Law or Professional services
  • Strong understanding of risk, compliance, financial reporting and staff management
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in office management software and legal technology solutions
  • Complete discretion and confidentiality
