Pfizer Perth is looking for an experienced HR administrator to support the business as it goes through significant changes during its transition after recently being sold to Bridgewest Group.

The role will have above site support from an experienced Global Pfizer HR Management team as well as reporting to local management.

The role will be offered on a 6 month basis with the opportunity to convert to a Full
- time Permanent position.

This role will become the first point of contact for handling day to day employee enquiries and will include;

  • Provide administrative support to various HR and leadership teams throughout the transition
  • Update and maintain relevant HR and Site SharePoint calendars
  • Prepare and distribute various HR reports as required
  • Direct colleagues to existing HR policies, procedures and tools as required
  • Work with hiring managers to support recruitment and onboarding
  • Work with managers to ensure compliance with HR processes and maintain employee/job records
  • Provide advice and administrative support for managers with regards to employee relations areas
As the role will be mostly self sufficient, your HR experience will include;

  • 2+ years HR Administrative experience in a complex business
  • Demonstrated experienced in accessing various HR and business information systems including SharePoint
  • Experience providing advice and support to Managers including employee relations areas
  • Experience with the preparation of various HR documents
  • High attention to detail,
  • Welldeveloped written and verbal communication skills,
  • Exposure to compliance driven work.
